How do I make a return?

Stork Maternity will gladly refund, if you return your unused items in original condition within 14 days of the invoice date. Items must be returned in their original condition (tags attached, unwashed, no perfume smells or odours and unworn)
Please send return items to Stork Maternity at 465B Dean Street Albury NSW 2640 along with reason for return and credit card details if items were purchased using this method.

When will I be refunded?

Our staff will process all refunds the same day as your package arrives.
If you send your email details we can email you when we have processed your refund.

Who pays for postal charges of refunds or exchanges?

Exchanges and returns: The customer is responsible for the postage cost of returning unsuitable items. We recommend sending items back by a secure, traceable method to ensure safe delivery.

Incorrect orders or faulty goods: We will endeavour to resolve the situation as quickly and hassle free as possible. If we do ever send you incorrect merchandise, when you return the incorrect order to us we will refund the cost of postage and send out the amended order. This same method applies for faulty goods. If for some reason we do not have a replacement item in stock we can either send it to you as soon as supplier has replaced the item or you can choose to receive a refund if the item is faulty.
